- Raised the profile of Epic Group plc, a leading e-learning company, in the education sector - wrote several proposals to Ufi, UK eUniversities, universities, professional bodies, government departments, publishers and broadcasters of learning - won business
- Wrote proposal to Kenyan Government for "[client] to implement a nation-wide, cradle-to-grave, learning experience [throughout Kenya] ... [to] catapult Kenya into the global Internet economy as a cost effective provider of online technology solutions"
- Wrote business plan for LearningGym, an ambitious new venture in the fast growing consumer learning market; identified and secured colleagues, development partners and investment capital
- Reversed 5 year decline in sales in one business sector and achieved 85% growth in the other, making Pitman Qualifications the best performing business unit in the City & Guilds Group
- Identified, validated and business planned brand new e-learning offering to achieve set objective of transforming £2 million unit into £10 million business - the initiative, which brings together two global brands in education, is currently being implemented across the whole City & Guilds group
- Identified, business planned and guided to market several other new ventures ranging in value from £2 million per annum to £20 million per annum, such as SmartScreen, an online assessment product for the corporate and agency personnel selection markets
